Todd Shapiro

Todd Shapiro

With 14 years as an on-air host, Todd Shapiro is best known for his time with Toronto's 102.1 the Edge as co-host on The Dean Blundell Show. The loveable sidekick built a strong and loyal fan base of listeners who have been eager to see him emerge into the spotlight and who can now enjoy him every weekday, anchoring his own show for the first time.

Brian Peco

Brian Peco

Brian Peco got his start as an intern on the hit show Kenny vs Spenny and eventually become the show's Art Director. He went on to be a writer's assistant for the Gemini award winning series Less Than Kind and Testees.  In 2009, Brian partnered with fellow Kenny vs Spenny alum Kevin Morgan and started a creative team called Weed Grenade. Brian continued in television as a co-producer on the Canadian Screen Award nominated series, Kenny Hotz's Triumph of the Will.  Brian is currently a regular on Kenny Hotz's weekly SiriusXM radio show The Hotzcast

Kevin Morgan

Kevin Morgan

Kevin Morgan spent his early years in the suburbs of Toronto, annoying friends and family with his love of do it your self video projects. Kevin hit the big screen in the 2008 feature Confessions of a Porn Addict, acting alongside comedy greats Spencer Rice and Mark Breslin. Shortly after, he was hired as Rice's new right-hand man on the hit comedy reality program, Kenny vs Spenny.  In 2009, Kevin partnered up with Kenny vs Spenny colleague Brian Peco to form the production team Weed Grenade. Kevin spends his free time dwelling on minutiae and wishing it was 1985, the last year he was actually happy.

Ben Miner

Ben Miner

Ben Miner is a ridiculous human being. When he's not patrolling the city decked out in his replica Spider-Man costume saving pedestrians from menacing looking pigeons he can be found on-air or on a comedy club stage. He's been with Canada Laughs since day 1 and has hosted a variety of shows such as Chomping @ The Bit, The Vinyl Cut and Comic Stripped as well various segments and specials.  Ben's a stand-up comic first and foremost though. He's been performing since 1998 and in that time he's toured coast to coast in every club you can think of and he's even performed at the Montreal Just for Laughs comedy festival. Ben's also an award-winning gangsta-rap artist having performed everywhere from the Apollo Theatre in New York to Dubai and everywhere in between. Ok, part of this bio might not be true. Just saying. Alright, good chat.

Darren Frost

Darren Frost

Long considered one of Canada's most controversial comics Darren Frost has been a touring comedian for over 20 years. He has performed in various comedy festivals including Just For Laughs, Halifax Comedy Festival, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Seattle International Comedy Competition and LOL Sudbury. Darren also plays the role of the angry French teacher on the hit CBC show Mr. D. He also had recent appearances on The Ron James Show and CBC Debaters. He filmed his fourth DVD Special called Cursed in March of 2013, and continues to record his popular weekly Sirius XM radio show Anything Goes.

Dave Martin

Dave Martin

Dave Martin believes anything can be made funny if approached at the right angle. With appearances on CTV (Comedy Now), the Comedy Network (The Jon Dore Television Show) and film (the National Film Board of Canada’s “The Next Big Thing”), Dave has dark and hilarious observations on the world. He was a finalist in the Last Comic Standing, and appeared on CBC's The Debaters at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. He also hosted and produced the podcast “Corktown Radio”, and now can be heard weekly on SiriusXM’s “Anything Goes.”
