ANALYST, REMARKETING

Reporting to Senior Marketing, Remarketing

The Analyst, Remarketing, is responsible for supporting and developing reporting processes for the automotive remarketing operations group. These accomplishments will help with the management of day-to-day operations as well as performance trends and budget forecasting.

Accountabilities

  • Analyze automotive marketplace to provide forecasting input
  • Execute and own monthly audit process with external automotive partners and third-party vendors
  • Review daily partner reporting to help manage interrupted file transfers
  • Maintain and enhance CRM tool functionality
  • Provide guidance to District Sales Managers through analysis of data from CRM tool
  • Assist automotive remarketing team in development of strategic plans and best practices
  • Assist Senior Manager, Remarketing, in implementation and measurement of pre-owned vehicle sales data exchange processes, increasing conversion opportunities
  • Maintain timely and accurate reporting to members of automotive team on all pre-owned subscriber metrics
  • Participate in industry events; support various business development initiatives as assigned

Level of Education

  • Business Administration certificate or technical field certification

Job Related Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in analytical role
  • Proficiency in analysis using SQL
  • Familiarity with automotive organizations a plus
