‘Lady Bird’s’ Greta Gerwig takes over 90s on 9

Writer/director Greta Gerwig is coming off an outstanding weekend. At the 75th Annual Golden Globes, her feature film directorial debut Lady Bird won for Best Most Picture – Musical or Comedy, while star Saoirse Ronan received the aware for Best Actress – Motion Picture Musical of Comedy.

The film takes place in the 1990s, and is the coming-of-age story of teenage girl and her relationship with her mother. To celebrate the film, and the decade its set in, Gerwig stops by 90s on 9, where she’s picking an hour of her favourite ’90s songs that inspired her and that are included on the soundtrack to Lady Bird.
