While on the scene at Firefly Music Festival over the weekend, SiriusXMU’s Jenny Eliscu spoke to the Followill brothers Nathan and Caleb of Kings of Leon about their plans for the follow-up to 2013’s Mechanical Bull. They revealed that they hope to start working on their seventh studio album this fall and will possibly record in an old house they recently bought in Nashville, which used to belong to Dolly Parton’s sound engineer.

“Record number 7, most people take, what, like five years to make that or something,” Folowill explained. “So we are still in the very early stages of our five-year plan for this next record.”
