Product Hunt Radio to premiere exclusively on SiriusXM Insight

Today SiriusXM announced the premiere “Product Hunt Radio,” an all-new tech-discovery show hosted by Ryan Hoover and Erik Torenberg of Product Hunt, the online community where enthusiasts geek out about the latest tech products. “Product Hunt Radio” will showcase what’s new in tech, provide insight into the people behind the products, and connect with the community that has made Product Hunt such a success.

Each week, Ryan Hoover and Erik Torenberg will invite well-known guests from inside the tech scene, including the creators and investors behind many of today’s most popular tech products, mobile apps, and services, to discuss the tech industry in a way that will be informative to tech insiders while still accessible to mainstream, product-loving listeners.

“The Product Hunt community is about celebrating new products and the makers behind them. ‘Product Hunt Radio’ is an extension of this mission, surfacing awesome new products, trends in technology, and conversation with the makers,” said Ryan Hoover. “Our goal is to provide a platform for makers to tell their stories and have an intelligent conversation about innovative, unique products that change the way we live.”

“Product Hunt has become the destination for in-the-know entrepreneurs, investors, and consumers to discover and rate what could be the next great thing in tech,” said Scott Greenstein, President and Chief Content Officer, SiriusXM. “SiriusXM has been in the forefront of broadcasting tech news and information for an audience of radio listeners across the country. Now, with ‘Product Hunt Radio,’ and guidance from Ryan and Erik, listeners will hear first-hand what is hot in tech and why.”

Gary Vaynerchuk, wine expert, social media commentator and best-selling author, will be the first guest of the inaugural episode of “Product Hunt Radio.” Future guests will feature a diverse slate of successful entrepreneurs and venture investors, including Chris Sacca and Matt Mazzeo of Lowercase Capital; Mark Suster of Upfront Ventures; rapper, Nas; Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks; and Aaron Levie, Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder & Chairman of Box.
