We lost another great this week: Acclaimed actor Alan Rickman died Thursday at 69. Rickman was revered for his stage work in London and Broadway, winning a Tony for Les Liaisons Dangereuses in 1987. He’s known more recently in American pop culture for his part as the complex Professor Severus Snape in eight Harry Potter films.
