In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, the delivery of invoices and billing notifications, as well as your payments sent to SiriusXM, will be delayed.

If there is a delay in mail delivery by Canada Post, customers are still required to make their payments to avoid any service interruptions.

In case the Canada Post service disruption delays delivery of your billing notifications, please access your account using any of the options below to confirm any changes to your subscription and explore your billing options.

Here’s what you can do to access your information and pay your bills:

Payments by credit card can be made by:

 

  • Calling our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-539-7474
  • Visiting siriusxm.ca/account and logging into My Account
  • Online via online banking by registering Sirius XM Canada Inc. as a payee and referencing your account number.

Please ensure you have registered your email account with SiriusXM so you do not miss important notices and information with respect to your account.
