Job Summary

The Manager, Brand, Campaigns & Creative Services, will help develop SiriusXM brand positioning and the creative platform, as well as ensuring brand consistency across the entire organization. Additionally, this position will lead brand-building programs through media campaigns and Canadian Content Development (CCD) program initiatives. This position will also oversee the internal Creative Services team, reviewing all brand creative across the organization and managing team priorities and workflow to ensure the on-time delivery of all in-house design projects for cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities

  • Help establish and maintain overall SiriusXM brand positioning and creative platform
  • Guide and execute overall digital media strategy across business channels
  • Support SXM marketing primes with ongoing campaign strategy and development
  • Lead development and execution of all media campaigns with agency partners
  • Inspire and/or write comprehensive creative and media briefs, business cases and strategic plans
  • Create framework for media campaign dashboards and reporting, including measurement and analyses on key programs
  • Manage assigned CCD initiatives to maximize marketing benefit within confines of CCD/CRTC guidelines
  • Ensure appropriate alignment of brand image and integrity with marketing strategy
  • Act as cross-functional brand steward on all marketing materials, including development and implementation of brand guidelines
  • Lead and coach internal Creative Services team to deliver innovation and excellence in execution
  • Prioritize Creative Services projects and workflow to ensure on-time delivery of in-house projects
  • Act as lead contact for SiriusXM US content, partner content, artist approvals and licensing permissions
  • Lead day-to-day relationships with agency partners, media, creative and production
  • Create and nurture important relationships with internal and external partners

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Level of Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in related discipline

Job Related Experience

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in progressive consumer marketing and/or agency, with minimum 3 years in digital capacity
  • Minimum 3 years’ people management experience
  • Proven experience in marketing, digital strategy, advertising and brand development; deep understanding of digital marketing
  • Demonstrated track record of managing relationships with advertising, media and promotional agencies
  • Experience using numbers to analyze and deliver marketing insights and action
  • Experience in planning, executing and managing PnL
  • Ability to develop creative briefs, establish clear creative goals and summarize project deliverables
  • Ability to convey brand and messaging with strong client lens
  • Solid project management experience with ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects; proven time and priority management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluency in French language a huge asset
