Manager, Customer Acquisition, Digital (14-month contract)

Reporting to the Director, CRM, DM & Digital 

The Manager, Customer Acquisition, Digital, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s direct digital customer acquisition marketing programs. This position will ensure an optimal trial-subscription digital experience for customers who purchase new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as acquisition through digital channels for the inactive customer base. Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors is a core component of this role. This posting is for maternity leave coverage.

Job Details


  • Oversee day-to-day digital operations, as well as digital operations for all ad hoc acquisition campaigns (new vehicle, pre-owned vehicle and winback), including vendor coordination, quality assurance, production oversight, data management and validation, performance monitoring and post-analysis
  • Manage all executional aspects of ongoing and ad hoc digital acquisition campaigns, end to end
  • Track and manage operational budgets for projects and programs
  • Carry out campaign briefings for internal and external partners
  • Proof content, layout and creative execution for all acquisition digital marketing communications
  • Develop and implement plans to increase share of online activations and reduce acquisition costs
  • Increase response rates by optimizing customer communications at each touchpoint in digital lifecycle, including implementation and analysis of tests
  • Ensure accurate and timely project delivery
  • Identify and deliver process improvements
  • Establish quarterly campaign testing; update roadmaps
  • Assist with results decks and presentations to Executive team as required
  • Communicate with internal partners and vendors regarding project deliverables, requirements and details
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders including internal partners (eg. IT, Customer Care, Brand), vendors and SiriusXM US

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Level of Education

  • University degree in business, commerce or marketing

Job Related Experience

  • 3-5 years’ industry experience in direct marketing and CRM
  • History of developing and managing direct marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies
  • Proven history of working in data-rich environments
