Reporting to the Director, Campaign Operations
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to join our Campaign Operations team. Our ideal candidate will develop customer communication journeys, automations, and personalization. This position is part of an agile-based environment that require collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted and personalized marketing messages to our customer base. The ability to simultaneously handle several campaign projects is essential, as is strong communication and project management skills. Additionally, they will provide thought leadership for how Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing technologies can be used to scale growth.

Accountabilities
- Create and send personalized email campaigns to target audiences, track performance metrics, and automate email journeys.
- Design and execute mobile marketing campaigns, including SMS and push notifications, to reach customers on their mobile devices.
- Create and automate customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, allowing you to deliver personalized and relevant experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Manage and organize marketing content, such as images, videos, and documents, within the platform.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
- Identify and remediate issues along campaign development lifecycle; manage relationships with marketing stakeholders.
- Produce campaign data lists and reports using campaign management platform and/or custom SQL.
- Communicate project status updates to production manager, marketing business partners and workflow management system.
- Review and analyze business requirements; write functional specifications.
- Perform quality control testing of campaign lists and/or analytic reporting files.
- Participate in regression testing for system and campaign changes.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Level of Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, such as Email Specialist or Consultant, are preferred but not required.
Job Related Experience
- 3-5 years of email and mobile marketing experience.
- Must have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Must have experience in building dynamic e-mails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (using AMPscript, HTML 5, CSS etc).
- Strong understanding of email best practices for design and workflow management.
- Experience in mobile marketing, including push notifications and SMS campaigns.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a nice to have, but not required.
Skills and Background
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns seamlessly and efficiently.
- The ability to develop, modify and improve SQL-based Stored Procedures.
- Experience with peer review and validating test cases.
- Experience with quality testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
