NHL Games of the Week
Saturday, April 10th – Florida Panthers at Dallas Stars

2 pm Eastern on SiriusXM 91

Two teams going in opposite directions this season. The Panthers have played above expectations, and thus are challenging for top spot in the Central Division. The Stars are playing .500 hockey, and a year after making it all the way to the Stanley Cup Final, appear headed towards playoff oblivion this time around.

Sunday, April 11th – New York Rangers at New York Islanders

7 pm Eastern on SiriusXM 91

Always worth your while when these two teams meet up. The Islanders look like they’re ready to make a deep playoff run, and they’ve very recently added forward Kyle Palmieri and Travis Zajac to their lineup. While the Rangers are tantalizingly close to the final post-season berth in the East Division, it’s all about the next few seasons for this up-and-coming franchise.

Monday, April 12th – Toronto Maple Leafs at Montreal Canadiens

7 pm Eastern on SiriusXM 91

Another battle between these legendary foes, with the Maple Leafs looking to consolidate their hold on first place in the North Division. Toronto prevailed 3-2 in a matchup last week with the Canadiens. It’s also NHL Trade Deadline Day, and SiriusXM NHL Network Radio Channel 91 has you covered with the big, and seemingly small, transactions that may occur over the course of this Monday.

Tuesday, April 13th – Philadelphia Flyers at Washington Capitals

7 pm Eastern on SiriusXM 91

It’s been a disappointing season so far for the Flyers, though they still have a legitimate shot at catching the Boston Bruins for the fourth and final playoff spot in the tough East Division. Tonight, they face a Capitals team that are in their own battle; a battle for first place in the bracket.

Wednesday, April 14th – Winnipeg Jets at Ottawa Senators

7 pm Eastern on SiriusXM 91

Don’t take the Ottawa Senators lightly, or you’ll find yourself leaving points on the table. The Jets know better by now, and with their eyes on the Maple Leafs positioned above them in first place in the North, they cannot afford to squander even a point this evening.

Thursday, April 15th – Winnipeg Jets at Toronto Maple Leafs

7 pm Eastern on SiriusXM 167

Here it is, the battle for first in the North Division, though Toronto has built up a sizable points cushion. Maybe a preview of a second-round playoff series in late May? A lot on the line this evening, as the top two teams in Canada meet up in Toronto.

Friday, April 16th – Vegas Golden Knights at Anaheim Ducks

10 pm Eastern on SiriusXM 91

Only four seasons into their existence, the Golden Knights are a legitimate Stanley Cup contender. Tonight, they face off against a Ducks team that features a number of promising youngsters, though the post-season is not in the cards for Anaheim this time around.
