The 2019 JUNO Award Nominees were announce Tuesday January 29th in Toronto and artists played on SiriusXM’s North Americana were well represented. North Americana artists received 17 nominations in nine different categories, with Saskatoon’s The Sheepdogs being nominated in three. Donovan Woods was nominated for Songwriter of the Year and Contemporary Roots Album of the Year for his release Both Ways. With the two nominations in 2019, that brings Donovan’s JUNO nomination total to 4. Congrats to all of our friends nominated and good luck March 16th and 17th in London ON.
