Radiohead’s Ed O’Brien Shares His Debut Solo Album & Guest DJs On SXMU

In honour of Ed O’Brien‘s first solo album, Earth, the Radiohead guitarist will be taking Complete Control of SiriusXMU (Ch. 35) on Thursday, April 23 at 6 pm ET.

O’Brien will be offering up his guest DJ skills from home to play a few of his own brand-new songs, as well as selections from musicians who inspire him, including The Clash, Sonic Youth, Brittany Howard, Michael Kiwanuka, Jimi Hendrix, and more. Earth, which O’Brien released under the pseudonym EOB last Friday, April 17, marks his debut as a solo act and features a collaboration with Wilco drummer Glenn Kotche, Radiohead bassist Colin Greenwood, Portishead guitarist Adrian Utley, folk singer Laura Marling, and more.
