It’s hard to believe, but this year marks the fourtieth anniversary of one of the most beloved alternative bands in modern rock history. That’s right, The Cure turns 40 in 2018. To celebrate this monumental anniversary for Robert Smith and company, 1st Wave is putting on the ‘4 For The Cure’ weekend, with hourly 4-song blocks from the band’s extensive catalogue, Sunday evening’s Dark Wave, featuring the best of the darker side of alternative music, will also be a Cure-centric edition.

Plus, this week’s edition of Lust for List’s with Lori Majewski witll feature an All-Cure playlist, including dance remixes, live and studio tracks.

‘4 For The Cure’ runs all weekend long on 1st Wave. You can hear ‘Lust For Lists’ at the following times:

Saturday, July 7th at 1 pm ET
Sunday, July 8th at 10 am, 9 pm ET
Monday, July 9th at 1 am and 9 pm ET
