SiriusXM highlights JUNO Award nominees across various channels and genres

It’s the biggest weekend in Canadian music. The 53rd Annual JUNO Awards will occur at Scotiabank Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, this Sunday, March 24. Nelly Furtado will host, and Maestro Fresh-Wes will be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.

Among the nominees are a stellar selection of artists you can hear across our Canadian music channels, including:

  • William Prince, who is nominated for Songwriter of the Year and Contemporary Roots Album of the Year for Stand in the Joy.
  • Benjamin Dakota Rogers, whose album Paint Horse is nominated for Traditional Roots Album of the Year.
  • Julian Taylor, nominated for Contemporary Roots Album of the Year for Beyond The Reservoir.
  • Shawnee Kish, whose album Revolution is up for both Adult Alternative Album of the Year and Contemporary Indigenous Artist or Group of the Year.
  • Jade Eagleson, nominated for Country Album of the Year for Do It Anyway.
  • Josh Ross, whose single “Trouble” is nominated for the TikTok JUNO Fan Choice.
  • Charlotte Cardin, who is nominated for Artist of the Year and Album of the Year, along with Single of the Year for “Confetti.”
  • Lu Kala, nominated for Single of the Year for “Pretty Girl Era,’ as well as Breakthrough Artist of the Year.
  • Tobi, who is nominated Rap Album/EP Of The Year.
