Activating your SiriusXM radio is quick and easy. To get started you will need your ESN/RadioID and a credit card.

For vehicles that are already equipped with Sirius or XM radios you can find your ESN/RadioID by inputting your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Try our VIN Lookup Tool.

Subscriptions purchased through the SiriusXM app or another retailer must be managed directly with that provider.

Get help activating your SiriusXM radio and start listening now. Learn how to quickly and easily find your RadioID or ESN. Here’s how to transfer your account.

Transfer your existing subscription to your new radio and apply any unused credits toward your new subscription and remove any radios you no longer have from your account. Register now and please have your RadioID handy.

There are 2 ways to find your Radio ID. For most radios, the Radio ID will be displayed by tuning to channel 0. You can also find your Radio ID by pressing the Option button on your vehicle’s center console, then select the Subscribe button to view the SiriusXM Contact Information and Radio ID.

If you’ve already registered an account:

Log in to the My Account section of our website.
Click on the My Billing History tab.

Your SiriusXM account number is displayed under your name and address.

If you have not yet registered, you can find your account number on your latest purchase confirmation or renewal notice. If you’re still having difficulty, click here to chat with a Customer Care agent. After verifying your identity, they will be able to look up and provide you with your account number.

If you would like to speak to a Customer Care agent on the telephone, they will be able to look up your account after you answer some security questions to help us verify your identity. Call 1-888-539-7474 to speak with a Customer Care agent, Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm ET.

Yes. Installing either a satellite or internet radio is relatively easy. When installing a satellite radio, you’ll need to make sure the SiriusXM antenna supplied with your radio is mounted outside with a clear view to the sky. To access our internet service you have two equipment options; (1) a dedicated SiriusXM Commercial Tuner which requires a Wifi or ethernet internet connection or (2) an internet-connected computer which can access our service using our online media player. Once installed, these solutions can be easily connected to your business’ current sound system.
