Service customers get a free 3-month trial

In addition to the trials available to your new and pre-owned customer, you can also offer 3-month SiriusXM trial subscriptions to eligible service customers. Designed to enhance your service appreciation and loyalty programs, this FREE program is a great way for you to get your customer’s closer to the artists, celebrities and sports they love.

  • Available on all qualifying vehicles* equipped with SiriusXM, regardless of manufacturer.
  • No Dealer assistance required to activate trials for Service customers.
  • Available to your dealership at no cost

By enrolling in this program, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of Service Lane Plus! As an extension of Service Lane, this new program allows you to market in dealership because ALL service customers get access to a free trial in their car or on the SiriusXM app. For more information, please contact your District Manager.

How it works

  • Simple one-time dealership opt-in process.
  • Same data security process that is applied to shared customer information from new and pre-owned vehicle sales.

What happens after I enroll?

Once active in the program, we will notify your eligible service customers of their free trial subscription.

*Certain eligible vehicles may not qualify for the promotion as part of the Service Lane Program, including vehicles with active Sirius or XM satellite radio service subscriptions, vehicles which have received the Sirius or XM satellite radio service (on a trial or paid subscription basis) in the prior 12 months, and/or other vehicles as reasonably determined by SiriusXM in its sole discretion. SiriusXM may at its discretion provide trial services or other services to owners of vehicles that do not qualify for the Service Lane Program.
