REBATE DETAILS: To qualify for the $100 mail-in-rebate: (1) Purchase a new Eligible Radio (see list above) between 3/1/22 and 12/31/22, from Pana-Pacific, a Truck Dealer, Truck Stop, or Truck Fleet. (2) Activate the Qualifying Radio on the Platinum subscription by 12/31/22; and (3) Maintain at least 90 days of paid continuous service on that radio. If activating the radio with a free trial subscription, you must maintain at least 90-days of paid service after the trial period ends to qualify for the rebate. Credit Card required. Subscriptions and radio hardware sold separately. To Redeem: Visit siriusxm.ca/truck100 and register the radio including customer name, address, proof of purchase and radio ID, or mail the foregoing to ATTN: Rebate, Sirius XM Canada Inc., 400-135 Liberty Street, Toronto, ON M6K 1A7.
