As Edmonton and Florida face off, the 2025 NHL Fearless Playoff Predictions finals are here

After six months of regular season hockey and two months of intense playoff action, we have ourselves a rematch. A Monumental Rematch!
The reigning Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers once again are set to do battle with the Edmonton Oilers. Twelve months ago, the Cats roared out to a quick 3-0 lead in games, only to see the slick Oil ooze their way back into things, forcing a deciding Game Seven.
And it was a close affair, before the Panthers finally pulled away in the second period, as they captured the first Stanley Cup in franchise history.
So here we are, a year later, and the same two combatants are ready to go at it. Except they’re not completely the same. Not content to rest on their laurels, Florida added to their already impressive lineup, including acquiring super pest Brad Marchand. The Oilers added to their team defensive strength, and with the incredible resurrection of one Stuart Skinner between the pipes, this all adds up to what should be an entertaining Stanley Cup Final rematch.
Looking at the 22 participants in this humble prediction pool, the Edmonton Oilers received 17 votes, while the Florida Panthers received 5 votes.
Keep in mind, this has not been a bracket challenge. We have been submitting our predictions round-by-round. Tune in to “Under Review” on SiriusXM NHL Network Radio Channel 91, every weekday at 11 am Eastern/8 am Pacific, for the latest Fearless Playoff Predictions updates.
