Bruce Springsteen gets older with style, music and a new book
For fans of Bruce Springsteen, it’s most definitely Boss time!
September 23rd happens to be the birthday of The Boss, who is turning 67 years old and is in the midst of a busy few months.
The summer found Springsteen playing the longest shows of his career in North America, including four-hour-plus marathons at Met Life Stadium in New Jersey and Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
Following up on that busy summer, September 27th sees the release of the Boss’ autobiography, Born To Run. This is Springsteen in his own words, and the book has already been getting rave reviews. To tie in with Born To Run, September 23rd is also the release date for Chapter and Verse, a compilation album that features five previously unreleased tracks.
Of course, you can celebrate Springsteen today and every day on E Street Radio, where you’ll hear live shows, studio recordings and so much more.
