Gear up for Usher Week on The Flow (Ch. 48), where we’re celebrating the R&B king in the run-up to his electrifying halftime performance!
Each day of the week starting February 5, we’re hitting play on a different Usher era, from the soulful vibes of 8701 to the chart-topping anthems of Confessions and the No Limit of hits in the 2010s.
Want the chance to introduce your favourite Usher song during “U-Pick” Friday? Send us a voice memo using this form, and listen in on February 9 to hear your picks live.
To kick off Usher Week, we’re playing songs from 8701, Usher’s third studio album, originally released in 2001. You’ll hear hit singles like “U Don’t Have to Call,” “U Remind Me,” and “U Got It Bad,” plus deep cuts including “Can U Help Me,” “How Do I Say,” and “Twork It Out.”
These are our confessions… We’re throwing it back to the Confessions era on Tuesday, Usher’s fourth studio album loaded with chart-toppers such as “Yeah!,” “Confessions Part II,” “Burn,” “Caught Up,” and “My Boo.”
Relive all of Usher’s best collaborations with artists like Lil Jon, Ludacris, Alicia Keys, David Guetta, Chris Brown, Summer Walker, Juicy J, and many more, spanning the 2000s to today!
Throw it back to albums like Here I Stand, Raymond v. Raymond, Looking 4 Myself, and Hard II Love from the back half of the 2000s with smash hits including “Love In This Club, Pt. II,” “OMG,” “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love,” and more.
We’re handing you the mic! Use the submission form above to send us a recorded intro to your favourite Usher song, and you might hear it on-air for “U-Pick” on Friday.
Wrap up Usher Week with a weekend full of Usher hits, collaborations, and deep cuts.
