Grateful Dead Channel (Ch. 23) celebrates the life and legacy of Jerry Garcia during “The Days Between,” August 1–9, marking the time between Jerry’s birth and his passing.
This week on Howard 101, singer/songwriter/musician Grace Potter will drop by to host a new episode of the brand new music series, Song I Want To Hear.
Grace first gained Howard’s attention after a performance with Sheryl Crow at the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony in 2016, where they paid tribute to Glenn Frey of the Eagles.
The following year, Howard asked her to contribute a “Good Day Sunshine” cover as part of his Tribute To The Beatles Revolver special.
Now, she’s hosting her very own special on Howard 101, picking her favourite songs of all time and sharing stories about her musical influences.
You can hear the Grace Potter episode of Song I Want To Hear on Friday, August 18, at 7 pm on Howard 101. Her new album, Mother Road, arrives on the same day. You can learn more about Grace Potter at her official website.
