SiriusXM Canada and Al Jazeera Media Network recently announced the launch of a new streaming-only channel featuring the television broadcast of Al Jazeera English, offering 24-hour news and award-winning programs to Canadian subscribers.
Al Jazeera English delivers news, analysis from the Middle East and worldwide, multimedia & interactives, opinions, documentaries, and much more.
Commenting on the collaboration with SiriusXM Canada, Ramzan Alnoimi, Acting Executive Director of the Global Brand and Communications Division at Al Jazeera Media Network stated, “We are delighted to have signed a distribution agreement with SiriusXM Canada. We hope that making Al Jazeera English content accessible will provide audiences in Canada with an opportunity to experience our in-depth news and award-winning programs”.
