Hockey Prospect Radio looks at Vegas Golden Knick Nic Hague & introduces three new segments

This week on Hockey Prospect Radio with Shane Malloy and Brad Allen, powered by InStat Hockey, the show kicks off with Player Development with Pat Malloy, featuring Nic Hague, a Vegas Golden Knights defenseman.

This week’s show will also feature a discussion about the potential impacts of NCAA teams adding an additional staff member to hockey operations and removing the shootout with Mike McMahon of the College Hockey News.

All this, plus the introduction of three new segments:

  • “The Scout’s Perspective,” with Jason Bukala from Sportsnet. Jason will discuss the role of the Director of Amateur Scouting during the NHL trade deadline.  
  • “The Evolution of the Game,” featuring Marc Kronewitt, the Executive Director of Silent Ice, in partnership with The Junior Hockey Prospects League. This feature will look at the next steps in the evolution of minor and junior hockey in North America.
  • “Behind the Curtain” with Dave Poulin from TSN, will look at the topic of assessing the cost-value line of young NHL players and prospects for potential trades around the NHL trade deadline.
