The Blue Jays take their drive to capture a wildcard spot to the Royals of Kansas City and the wilds of West Sacramento.
The cast of “Chess” — including Lea Michele, Aaron Tveit, Nicholas Christopher, Danny Strong, and more — recently sat down for a SiriusXM Front Row Series hosted by Julie James. During the interview, Lea Michele detailed the full-circle moment of returning to the Imperial Theater for “Chess,” where she had her Broadway debut in “Les Misérables” as Young Cosette in 1995.
Lea shared, “I was with Nick, and we were all rehearsing about, you know, two blocks away, and I was like, ‘Do you want to come to the theatre with me and just walk around?’ And I think we were looking at dressing rooms and stuff, and we went to the theatre, and I had found a photo of myself at eight years old standing somewhere in the Imperial Theater, and if you look at the photo, behind me is a Playbill of ‘Chess’ … which is so eerie.”
