Shawn Mendes sits down with John Mayer on John’s recently launched interview series, “How’s Life,” on SiriusXM. During their conversation, which debuts on Thursday, December 12, Shawn discusses making his latest album, “Shawn,” opens up about relationships, reveals he considered becoming a small-town therapist after wrapping up a tour, and much more.
“What would you have done if you never came back to music?” John asks during the show.
“I might just become a therapist,” Shawn says. “Like, in a small town.”
