SiriusXM to air special programming commemorating National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

SiriusXM commemorates National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Tuesday, September 30, with special programming live from Capitol Hill.

Each year, September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (NDTR). It is a day for action, remembrance, reflection, and to learn about the colonial history of the lands we live on. It is also an important day for residential school Survivors to tell their stories and to remember the children who did not return home.

By recognizing NDTR, all Canadians will be given the opportunity to reflect, learn, grieve, and commemorate this painful part of Canadian history. We mark this day as an important step on our shared path toward a future rooted in understanding, respect, and reconciliation.

Join us on The Indigiverse and Top of the Country Radio for Remembering the Children, a 90-minute commemorative gathering on September 30, 2025, at 3 pm ET, live from Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
