SiriusXM’s The Verge has your list of 2018 Record Store Day titles

Sarah Burke here from SiriusXM Canada…

When I’m not on the radio, I’m combing through my record collection to find the perfect soundtrack for my mood complete with that perfect crackle & pop.

April 21st, 2018 is like Christmas for vinyl nerds… Record Store Day celebrates independent record stores all over the world with a mix of live music and special releases with limited pressings of b-sides, rarities, and previously unreleased goodies only available for this one special day.

Sometimes the releases are on coloured vinyl, or maybe a picture disc featuring beautiful art! Let’s not forget about the ‘Golden Ticket’ either – where artists all over the world autograph surprise copies that any vinyl enthusiast may wind up taking home on Record Store Day. From the Legacy Edition of Johnny Cash’s At Folsom Prison to Def Leppard Live From Abbey Road, from Bowie to Sublime, and Zeppelin to The Arcade Fire, there is something for every music lover. This day celebrates being able to hold the music in your hand to see the creation as the artist envisioned it from cover art to the liner notes. It’s so much more than just shopping vinyl, Record Store Day 2018 has parties happening all over!
