If you’re not receiving all the channels you should be getting with your trial, your radio may need a refresh signal. With your Radio ID or VIN handy, text the word RESEND to 88518 or obtain a refresh signal online.

To find On Demand content, tap the Browse Icon (4 squares) on the top left corner of the screen. Then select the category (e.g. "Music"), then a Genre (e.g. "Pop") you prefer.
There are 2 ways to find your Radio ID. For most radios, the Radio ID will be displayed by tuning to channel 0. You can also find your Radio ID by pressing the Option button on your vehicle’s center console, then select the Subscribe button to view the SiriusXM Contact Information and Radio ID.
The "For You" screen shows personalized recommendations of channels and On Demand content based on your listening preferences. To see your personalized recommendations, tap the Browse Icon.
