Haim bassist Este Haim recently took part in a new episode of “Adam Clayton’s Playlist” on U2 X-Radio to celebrate all things bass.
In the episode titled “Don’t Ask Me, I’m The Bass Player with Este Haim, Este and Adam listen to and discuss songs by her favourite bass players, including James Jamerson, Sly and the Family Stone’s Larry Graham, and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers’ Flea. Este also reflects on the “incredible” experience of Haim working on U2’s “The Lights of Home,” and recalls watching a Prince performance in which the music icon played every instrument on stage.
