Since 1971, the Eagles have personified a uniquely American musical style, blending country, folk, R&B, rock, and pop sensibilities to become one of the most creatively and commercially successful bands ever.
The band has sold over 150 million albums worldwide, scored six No. 1 albums, and topped the singles charts five times. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998, they have earned six GRAMMY Awards and received the Kennedy Center Honors.
The Eagles’ “Greatest Hits 1971-1977” album is the best-selling album in history, with the RIAA certifying the collection at 38x Platinum.
