What do Adele, Beyoncé, Brandi Carlile, Jack Harlow, Miranda Lambert, Lizzo, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, and The Black Keys have in common? They’re all nominated for this year’s GRAMMY Awards®, and they all have music playing on The GRAMMY® Channel (Ch. 105)!
Available now through February 7, The GRAMMY® Channel is celebrating the artists, albums, and songs nominated for the 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards®. Listeners can also expect to hear music from GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award Honorees®, such as Nirvana and Nile Rodgers, as well as exclusive interviews with music’s biggest stars from behind the scenes at the awards show with SiriusXM hosts and Harvey Mason Jr., CEO of the Recording Academy®.
It all leads up to SiriusXM’s live red-carpet broadcast from Music’s Biggest Night® on Sunday, February 5th.
Harry joined Mikey Piff and SiriusXM Hits1 to talk about his GRAMMY®-nominated album, Harry’s House, and explain what excites him about it, what he hopes people will take away from listening, and the meaning behind the song “As It Was” (as well as what he thinks about it being a TikTok trend).
Lizzo reveals that she wrote upwards of 200 songs — all focused on love — for her GRAMMY®-nominated album Special.
Ahead of the release of her now GRAMMY®-nominated album 30, Adele tells John Mayer what it’s like releasing music a year late with lyrics that she may not relate to anymore.
Red Hot Chili Peppers’ latest album, I’m With You, is nominated for the Best Rock Album GRAMMY® this year. The band’s hit song “Dani California,” which they performed live for SiriusXM at the Apollo Theater, won Best Rock Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal at the 49th Annual GRAMMY Awards®, and Stadium Arcadium won Best Rock Album that same year.
