This week during hour one of Hockey Prospect Radio, Shane Malloy and Brad Allen will discuss the 2022 United States Hockey League Fall Classic with Doug Christiansen, the USHL Deputy Commissioner. They also talk about the evolution of the Fall Classic, new event locations, broadcast partnerships with FloHockey, USHL expansion, and the USHL combines.
Noelle Needham, Associate General Manager, Chicago Steel, will also join the program and provide insight on Cameron Johnson, Jayden Perron and Toronto Maple Leafs draft pick Nicholas Moldenhauer. In the last segment of hour one, Shane and Brad will look at NHL Draft-eligible prospects Will Smith and Ryan Leonard from the USNDTP U18 with head coach Dan Muse.
In the second hour of Hockey Prospects Radio, you’ll hear a discussion of 2023 NHL Draft eligible prospects Trey Augustine and Ryan Fine from the USNDTP U18 with head coach Dan Muse. Then Tony Gasparini, General Manager of the Sioux Falls Stampede, will update us on the development of prospects Will McDonough, Maxim Strbak and Arizona Coyotes prospect Adam Zinka.
Kalle Larson, General Manager of the Dubuque Fighting Saints, will also talk about prospects Michael Burchill, the Ottawa Senators pick Theo Wallberg and the Chicago Blackhawks prospect Nils Juntorp. The show will close with a discussion on USHL 2023 NHL Draft eligible prospects Tanner Adams from the Tri-City Storm and Youngstown Phantoms players Andrew Strathmann and William Whitelaw.
