Saturday, December 4th – 1:00 pm Eastern SiriusXM 91

St. Louis Blues at Florida Panthers

After a so-so start, the Blues are back to playing winning hockey, and they will provide a formidable opponent to the high-flying Panthers this evening in Sunrise. Florida is in a battle with the Maple Leafs for top spot in the Atlantic Division.

Sunday, December 5th – 7:00 pm Eastern SiriusXM 91

Toronto Maple Leafs at Winnipeg Jets

Toronto is firing on all cylinders these days, and tonight visit a Jets team that have hit a bit of a speed bump a quarter of the way through the 2021-22 NHL regular season. Winnipeg have gone Portage and Main cold on the power play, even though they are blessed with a cornucopia of impressive offensive weapons.

Monday, December 6th – 7:00 pm Eastern SiriusXM 91

Colorado Avalanche at Philadelphia Flyers

With the return of superstar centre Nathan MacKinnon, the Avalanche look to continue their climb to the summit of the Central Division. On the other hand, the host Flyers are just looking to stay afloat in the crowded wildcard race in the Eastern Conference.

Tuesday, December 7th – 9:00 pm Eastern SiriusXM 167

Minnesota Wild at Edmonton Oilers

This would make for a great Western Conference Final, as both teams have been impressive during the first quarter of the season. While the Oilers were expected to be one of the powers in the Pacific Division (and they are), most observers took a wait-and-see approach with the Wild. What they’ve seen so far is a team that are lights out on home ice, not bad at all away from home, and a team that can finally light the lamp after years of being a defensive first squad.

Wednesday, December 8th – 10:00 pm Eastern SiriusXM 91

Dallas Stars at Vancouver Canucks

While it’s been a season to forget for the Canucks, things just keep on getting better for the Dallas Stars. After a back-and-forth start to their season, the boys from Big D have been on a role, backed by the steady goaltending of Braden Holtby.

Thursday, December 9th – 7:00 pm Eastern SiriusXM 91

Tampa Bay Lightning at Toronto Maple Leafs

This could very well be a preview of the first round series this upcoming spring in the Atlantic Division. The two-time defending Stanley Cup champion Lightning may not be the powerhouse they were last season, but they’re still in the mix for a third straight Cup. They know it’s all the playoffs.

Friday, December 10th – 7:00 pm Eastern SiriusXM 91

Pittsburgh Penguins at Washington Capitals

Always worth your while to check out the Pens and Caps when these two rivals meet up. They do so tonight in DC, with both teams in the hunt for a playoff spot in the tough Metropolitan Division.  Washington is challenging for top spot in the group, while the Penguins have managed rather well, despite not having Sidney Crosby for the first part of the season, and they’re still waiting on centre Evgeni Malkin to return to the lineup.
