Saturday, March 27th – Edmonton Oilers at Toronto Maple Leafs

7 pm Eastern – SiriusXM 91

No doubt the Oilers are more than ready to play tonight, after missing a week’s worth of games due to COVID 19 protocols on the Montreal Canadiens. Tonight, Edmonton faces the Maple Leafs team still looking to restore some consistency to their game.

Sunday, March 28th – Columbus Blue Jackets at Detroit Red Wings

3 pm Eastern – SiriusXM 91

The time is now for the Blue Jackets to make their push to the playoffs, as the fourth and final post-season spot in the Central Division is up for grabs. As for Detroit, there is a sign of life in this team, but this is all about next season, and the season after that.

Monday, March 29th – Winnipeg Jets at Calgary Flames

After three opening wins under new head coach Darryl Sutter, the Flames have faltered, and are in real danger of missing the playoff cut in the North Division. Tonight, they face a Jets team that has designs on first place in that division.

Tuesday, March 30th – Washington Capitals at New York Rangers

7 pm Eastern – SiriusXM 91

Are the Washington Capitals the best team in the tough East Division? Can the New York Rangers still make a run at a playoff spot this spring?  Maybe, and maybe. The Caps are up there with the likes of the New York Islanders for East supremacy, while the Rangers are building for the near future, and have recently shown signs of the power they may become.

Wednesday, March 31st – Los Angeles Kings at Vegas Golden Knights

10 pm Eastern – SiriusXM 91

Most likely it’s a three-way race for the top spot in the West Division, featuring the Avalanche, Wild, and the Golden Knights. This evening, Vegas takes on a Kings team that has surpassed expectations for this season and would like to crown things off with a playoff invite in May.

Thursday, April 1st – Minnesota Wild at Vegas Golden Knights

10 pm Eastern – SiriusXM 91

After facing the Kings, the Golden Knights next set their sights on the resurgent Minnesota Wild, who has been a factor all season in the West Division. Could this be a preview of a first-round playoff series? A second-round playoff series?

Friday, April 2nd – Arizona Coyotes at Anaheim Ducks

10 pm Eastern – SiriusXM 91

A battle of two teams is not expected to be a factor in the West this season, yet both the Coyotes and Ducks will make you work for your points. While Anaheim has the future to look forward to with some exciting rookies in their lineup, Arizona has its eye on making the playoffs this spring. To that end, the two points up for grabs this evening are crucial for the Desert Dogs.
