Rick Springfield Debuts His New ’80s On 8 Show ‘Working Class DJ’
Do nonstop Zoom meetings and daily pandemic routines have you feeling like a working-class dog? ’80s on 8 (Ch. 8) has just the thing to unwind from your workweek — join Rick Springfield every Friday night for his new show, Working Class DJ with Rick Springfield, starting this Friday, January 22 at 8 pm ET.
Throughout the weekly show, the “Jessie’s Girl” singer-songwriter will play eight songs corresponding with a theme of his choosing. The special series kicks off with “Rad Aussie Hits” highlighting Australian artists chosen by Springfield in honour of his home country. The following week, Springfield will put the spotlight on “’80s Songs That Saw the Future” on Friday, January 29th.
After each episode’s Friday premiere, hear it again:
Saturdays at 1 am, 10 am, and 7 pm ET
Sundays at 12 pm and 7 pm ET
Mondays at 3 pm ET
Tuesdays at 12 am ET
