You may not know the name Lenny Kaye immediately, but his impact on rock and roll has been huge. He’s been a rock critic for Crawdaddy and Rolling Stone. He’s been the guitarist for The Patti Smith Band from the very beginning. He coined the term “Nuggets” and applied it to the era when “Garage Bands” first appeared on the musical landscape.
Now, it’s only fitting that Lenny now hosts a show on the channel dedicated to the spirit and celebration of “Garage Rock”. He was born to be on Underground Garage…and we’re glad he is
