SiriusXM NFL Radio (Ch. 88) will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Miami Dolphins’ undefeated 1972 season with an audio documentary dedicated to the only perfect season in NFL history. It will also be available on the SiriusXM app after its premiere.
The special will be narrated by SiriusXM host Alex Marvez and include interviews with several key players from the 1972 team, including quarterback Bob Griese, running back Larry Csonka, receiver Paul Warfield and safety Dick Anderson. Listeners will also hear past interviews with the late Hall of Fame Dolphins coach Don Shula, as well as archival audio of key plays and moments from the ’72 season.
