Saturday, July 18th – 3:07 pm Eastern
Chicago White Sox at Toronto Blue Jays
The surprising White Sox emerge from the mid-summer All-Star Break with a slim lead in the American League Central Division. After years of being the doormat of the league, the Chisox aren’t shy anymore. They are attempting to fend off the Cleveland Guardians, who have kept pace with Chicago. As for the Blue Jays, can they muster the forces necessary to at least take a run at one of the two AL Wildcard spots that are up for grabs? Toronto emerges from the All-Star Break in last place in the AL East.
Sunday, July 19th – 1:35 pm Eastern
Tampa Bay Rays at Boston Red Sox
It’s an American League East one-sided showdown, as the division-leading Rays visit the Red Sox, who were 10 games behind Tampa as the season resumed. Can Boston get back to the elusive .500 mark? They’re right in the thick of the skirmish for an AL Wildcard spot, which says a lot about the current state of the also-ran teams throughout baseball.
Monday, July 20th – 7:10 pm Eastern
Los Angeles Dodgers at Philadelphia Phillies
The defending World Series Champions were humming along through the first half of the 2026 season and look to keep up their winning ways when they take their high-flying act to Philadelphia. The hometown Phillies, fresh off hosting the All-Star Game (4-0 American League), are only a couple of games back of the division-leading Atlanta Braves, and should at least secure for themselves a wildcard invite over the remaining 2 ½ months of action.
Tuesday, July 21st – 7:15 pm Eastern
San Diego Padres at Atlanta Braves
The Padres have been a major disappointment this season, as many expected them to keep pace with the Dodgers in the National League West. Not happening. In fact, San Diego has been passed in the division by the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Braves are one of the powerhouse teams in all of big league baseball and are looking for W’s to fend off the Phillies.
Wednesday, July 22nd – 2:10 pm Eastern
New York Mets at Milwaukee Brewers
Let’s talk about the Brewers. First place in a surprisingly competitive National League East division, with designs on making a run in the post-season. Milwaukee has only once before made it all the way to the World Series. Back in 1982, Harvey’s Wallbangers (look it up) lost in seven games to the St. Louis Cardinals. The Brew Crew back then resided in the AL East, the best division in baseball. The Mets? Not this year.
Thursday, July 23rd – 6:40 pm Eastern
Kansas City Royals at Detroit Tigers
The two basement dwellers in the AL Central meet up in Motor City, with only the host Tigers still able to entertain notions of playing in the postseason. Admittedly, that’s a bit of a stretch, and Detroit is probably more likely to ship out some high-end/high-priced talent by the end of this month.
Friday, July 24th – 7:15 pm Eastern
Toronto Blue Jays at Boston Red Sox
There was a time in this fair land that a meeting between the Bluebirds and the Bosox was a thing of baseball beauty. Two American League East rivals, battling for supremacy, in arguably the best division in baseball. That was then, this is now. The Jays are struggling to reach (and then stay) at the .500 mark, while the Red Sox at least are slightly ahead of the Jays and the Orioles in the dingy AL East basement. But hey, visions of the Wildcard dance in the heads of teams not able to play winning baseball. No time like the present, and this series is crucial for both clubs.
